Peacefully passed away with her family by her side at Health Sciences North on Sunday, February 5th, 2017 at the age of 76 years. Daughter of the late Henri and late Florence (née Laframboise) Leach. Beloved wife of 56 years to René W. Brisebois. Loving mother of Diane Séguin (Robert), Lynn Brisebois and Kim Brisebois (Craig Wallace). Cherished grandmother of Roxanne, Éric and Charlie. Dear sister of Denise Lecompte (late Arthur) and Suzanne Leach (Luc Girard). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Rachel was a decorated bowler. She also loved the outdoors, travelling and camping. During her spare time, she enjoyed quilting and knitting. Her greatest joy was to spend time with her family and her dog Sparky. In keeping with Rachel’s wishes there will be no visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, February 13th, 2017 at 10 a.m. in St-Jean de Brébeuf Church, Sudbury.
